I am 6 weeks into cutting out wheat to see if it helps lessen pain. I generally only get endo pain when I am on, and as am taking 2 packs of Pill back-to-back,
am not due to be on till the end of this week. Really hope it has some effect as last time pain was appalling, despite being on Pill (less intense peaks than
normal, but lasted for 7 days instead of 3, and was continual pain that prevented me sleeping &amp; wasn&#39;t touched by painkillers :-( )

morphine). When trying to remove the IUD they told me I most likely had endo and would need a lap. Without realising, I&#39;ve gone down the route of the

Thankfully a good friend of mine, put me in touch with a clinical reflexologist who has been quite amazing, they are able to treat endometriosis, I wish I had
found this woman 20 odd years ago, plus she is helping me with my menopause symptoms. I was quite cynical at first, but after 3 visits I have noticed a change

What I would recommend even tho it seems such a small thing is chamomile tea. But you do have to consume quite a lot, regularly throughout the whole month and
