endo pains after yrs now more problems

Hi All

I havent been on here in years due to moving around and forgot password so had to do another account.

I had my lap and D&C pushing 6 yrs ago now and i moved away after and my new doctors didnt help me with my endo, i then got pregnant with my little girl which my endo went away for 2 half yrs now my daughter is nearing 4 i have been gettin excrutiating pain again...

pain after hysterectomy?

Hello everyone, I'm considering a hysterectomy now. I'm only 43, and i have endo all over my womb but also in my rectum and have had it on my bladder? In anyone's experience, is it worthwhile to have a hysterectomy? Or will I just be transferringthe type of pain I have to something else?

Have any of you ladies had this done whilst being awake?

My consultant feels I may have developed Asherman's due to my surgeries and needs to do this to see if I have adhesions inside my womb. I'm worrying a bit about it. Any experience of this please post and let me know!

Hi and happy new year to all you lovelies.

I feel so fed up I just have to moan on here to save my poor dh's ears for a change!
I've just had a week and a half off work for the Xmas break, and was hoping that after it I'd feel loads better and the Decaprptyl would have kicked in. Nothing could be further from the truth. I know that it can take a while for the Decapeptyl to kick in and I know that 2 weeks isn't long enough but I'm just not patient enough lol....

Ok I am booked for surgery at the begining of february but my question is ...
Is it possible for endo to keep growing or spreading even though I once asked my consultant if this was so but he shrugged it off... the reason I ask this is my pain seems to be getting worse or may i say different.... due to the pain killers i take senna which god knows why as they dont work, but i get terrible pain when i go plus my left ovorie as far as i know is in worst shape but i have pain in it...

So according to the calendar I have 2 days til I come on if I'm going to achieve a 28 day cycle this month. Practise says I'm either 3 days in credit or have 5 days to wait. I'm in so much pain walking is difficult, I don't want to pee because I'm worried something might tear and I'm praying for constipation just for 24 hours because I can't bear any more diarrhoea but I don't want constipation because the straining's unbearable. Hi I'm feeling at a loss as what I should do next. I had my lap on the 30th Nov. A few days later I received a follow up appointment at the hospital for the 26th April (a whole 22 weeks after the lap). After the lap my consultant told me very briefly what had been done and i was still sleepy and had only really prepared myself to ask what next as I really didn't think they would find anything. Hi all,

Just wanted to ask if anyone has suffered nausea with cerazette. I started it about two weeks ago and since the third day I have had really bad nausea on and off all day but not being sick. At first I thought it was a bug but it hasnt come to anything and my mum who I live with is fine so doesnt seem to be anyhting contegious. If anyone else has experienced this does it settle as I really want to be able to give cerazette a good six months try?

Late night post and hoping I can gather some of your insights and advice. I lost my libido significantly from being on the pill and now I've been on the mirena coil for 18 months and its not any better. The pain is virtually gone now, but libido hasn't improved. I am having a lot of pain around my ovaries. I have been told I have cysts which are fairly large worried about going to Dr's tomorrow as they have a go at for me being there to often .I know my body and its not happy not sure what they can do I am really strong pk pethidine oxycontain and oxynorm I cant take diclofenac as I have bleeding from the stomach . I am waiting to have the Mirena changed I have to go to theatre which I am worried...

Hope you are doing well today.

I had my follow up appointment today, and I have to say it went well!! I was so worried about being fobbed off with the pain, and when I was called in to see the locum doctor I was even more worried!

He was really listening to what I was saying about the pain, and how it affeted my day to day work, and life and he was so understanding. But, he did ask the dreaded do you have IBS question, which I soon got rid of by asking...

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for consultants in the Poole area. I am currently seeing Miss Khadra, but she does not 'come up' on the Dr Foster site. I am not 100% happy with her so if I ask to change, who should I try to get to see?

hi, sorry to rant and i know everyones in the same boat- but i just dont know how much more of this i can take!is there a cure to endo? i feel like no-one is helping and no one cares (apart from you all). what with my bladder and gyne im fed up. tonight my friend got the hump with me again as i didnt go to an xmas party, but i am really tired and had stomach cramps all today, and still having tmi rectal bleeding but dont want to go to my dr about it. but im fed up of saying well i dint feel...

I had a lap 3 days ago to sort out extensive adhesions and endo, they discharged me today with really low BP (85/40) and no painkillers what so ever.

I was assured last night that they had sent my script down to pharmacy and I'd be sent home with good pain relief, today I got discharged with nothing at all. The registrar told me to go to the chemist and get some codene from over the counter, bearing in mind post op I've been having 30/500 cocodamol and...

Long time no see! This is because I have been away from the boards for some months now since my 3rd lap in early July. Sometimes I get very sucked into the 'endo-world' and forget to have a life without endo so just left to get a bit of perspective.
My last lap was fine, very minor stuff and in the end it was left that something (query endo) was removed and sent to histology. All I know is that I became much better post-lap and so I decided I didn't...

I have yet another uti for which they have given me trimethoprim and having to use metronodiazole gel as they also think I have another infection after my m/c in Sept.

I feel like I am getting nowhere fast and desperately wanted to try again the new year but feeling like this I'll be joining a convent soon!

Hiya girls, me again
I kinda know the answer to my question is to see my GP but just wondered if anyone had experienced these symptoms-
Sharp pain on deep breaths, one sided, hurts more when i am laying down
Tightness when taking a breath

It sort of feels like i need to take a really deep breath to get rid of it but it REALY hurts and have to stop before i get there.

Please can anyone advise me? I saw Gynae recently who proposed I try Prostap with Livial (fibroids/pain/moods/migraines etc), I've had blood tests and US scan and I'm awaiting 2nd Consultant appt, but it is not for at least 10 weeks. In desperation I saw my GP yesterday who gave me a Prostap script for the first month and said to see the nurse Mon for the injection, but he didn't mention about having it within the first 5...

Hello ladies,
I have an apt before Xmas, with private gynae, i am awaiting diagnostic lap, (told to loose weight) before she can do it successfully.
She mentioned at my last apt having mirena coil fitted, when having lap done, i was unsure about this, as have read 50:50 reviews on it.
My main concerns, are that i suffer from cycles of very low moods & depression & worried that this might heighten it, also the same with regards to acne & weight gain...
